                                             whats is the extrution process?        

Extrusion is a process used to create objects of a fixed cross-sectional profile. A material is pushed through a die of the desired cross-section. The two main advantages of the extrusion process are that it can be easily automated and that it can be used to create very complex cross-sections. The extrusion process begins by heating the material to be extruded to a temperature at which it can be easily formed and shaped. The material is then placed into a hopper, which feeds it into the barrel of an extruder. An extruder is a machine that consists of a screw that rotates within the barrel. As the screw rotates, it pushes the material through the barrel and towards the die.

The die is a specialized tool that gives the extruded material its desired cross-sectional shape. It is typically made of steel or another hard, durable material and is precision machined to the desired shape. The material is forced through the die by the screw, and as it exits the die, it takes on the shape of the die.

After the material has been extruded, it is typically cooled and then cut to the desired length.
